You'll work closely with executive leadership across the firm to identify and prioritize projects that serve the best interest of the entire firm. Meanwhile, you'll ensure that your Project Execution colleagues have the resources and guidance they need to deliver timely and relevant solutions. As a key professional in JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s global technology group, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading talent in developing programs with broad and lasting implications.  We are looking for a talented hands-on individual with enthusiasm and persistence required to manage a critical large-scale initiative as part of the Technology team supporting JPMC Securities Services business.    Responsibilities include: Drive strategic technology program and prioritizations across contributing groups, upstream and downstreamCoordinate swift resolution of the end-to-end Tech design issues, ensuring collaboration between the decision-makers Translate Tech design decisions into achievable deliverables and timetablesEnsure program and feeder projects are interlocked, resources and on trackOrganize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are communicated and understoodDrive accountability for hitting Tech delivery targets as well as timely issue escalation and resolution','!*! Qualifications:  ·  10 years industry experience   ·  5 years of program management experience within technology organization     ·  Financial industry experience with exposure to post trade domain including: fund administration, trade services, lifecycle management, investment record, asset servicing, treasury services and reporting  ·  Excellent organizational skills   ·  Good consensus builder; able to drive large scale initiatives and communications  ·  Experienced in delivery of large integration projects within Financial Industry  ·  Clear communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely   ·  Strong ownership – ability to work across organizations and through obstacles  ·  Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team    ·  Excellent presentation skills   ·  Strong Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills   When you work at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you’re not just working at a global financial institution.
