Job Description:

Type of Employment: Fixed-term contract (6 months)

Accountabilties


Generate and prepare daily failed payment report for team’s timely handling. Will also handle failed payments. Log failed payments in FP tool and reverse and reset payment clearing documents in ERP
Perform trouble shooting on issues related to FPT; IDOC interfaces issues; daily batch payment run and manual runs
Monitor exception reports and manually generate exception report if the bot failed to generate one.
Handle same day payments, special payment runs, and normal payment runs.
Handle Citi portal related activities.
Provide primary back-up to Analysts incase team is short of resources due to unexpected SLs; ELs
Support Interoperability Activities
Mailbox management – handle payments related queries and requests


Skills & Requirements


Obtained economic, accounting or finance university degree/qualifications and proven knowledge in accounting
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of accounting controls
Strong communication skills in English for both spoken and written communication, as well as using Office Communicator, Instant Messaging, Video Conferencing, Outlook, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office applications like MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, etc.
Strong motivation to work in a dynamic global payments team
Experience in leading process change projects and or continuous improvements is a plus
