Job Summary


The Senior Director will lead the finance operations for the Engineering, Operations and Product groups and serve as a strategic advisor & business partner to these organizations. The Senior Director will develop financial and operational objectives and ensure operational plans are aligned with business objectives.


Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Partners with Engineering, Operations and Product teams to identify and facilitate opportunities to optimize business results. Connects the dots between overall company strategy and business segment to ensure focus is on the right objectives.

Influences Business & Financial Performance. Identifies business risk and collaborates to identify mitigation strategies and solutions.

Analyzes all aspects of financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement. Creates and monitors productivity KPI's.

Seeks and discusses opportunities to advance the technological capabilities and features of our Products and Solutions. Identify key impacts and dependencies to data sources and operating systems.

Partner on the financial impacts of product and workflow enhancements and creation of development roadmaps.

Lead Workforce Planning Meetings to align on the people, financial, and strategic needs of the group. Work with leadership teams to plan and manage headcount, evaluate requisitions and offers of employment to support roadmap and operational plans.

Reviews processes and tools that support capacity planning and utilization to create insights and recommendations for workforce planning and resource optimization.

Leads an inclusive culture by soliciting, listening to and respecting diverse viewpoints, ideas and feedback.

Coaches staff development in order to produce maximum productivity and performance.

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, with a Pay Range of $152,547.08 USD - $239,221.55 USD
