**Senior Financial Analyst I**

**What youll be doing:**
Youll serve as a valued business partner providing in-depth and insightful analysis around sales and margin progress against financial goals to senior business leaders via weekly and monthly reporting both in Excel and PowerBI. Youll be an individual contributor responsible for completion of quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects. Youll work on ad hoc projects supporting our private label products and our nationally branded vendors to support greater understanding of our margin drivers. Youll act as a team subject matter expert in our data sources by monitoring and testing our Hyperion Essbase systems for accurate consolidation of product level sales to adjusted margin budgets and forecasts for Total Company and WorkLife Brands. Youll push us forward with an energetic, innovative spirit and we can do anything attitude!

**What you bring to the table:**
**This** **role requires a fun loving, optimistic and harmonious self-starter with a strong financial modeling background, problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and solid skills in people management and thought leadership.** **The role will work closely with leadership in both finance and business teams in creation of business and financial insights, improving processes, driving margin improvement and find ways to increase efficiency through synergistic cross functional relationships and reporting. This role is based in person in Framingham, MA at our headquarters and is temporarily hybrid remote and in-person in-office.**
**Qualifications :**
**Whats needed- Basic Qualifications**
Great oral and written communication skills. You can carry a conversation with anyone.
Curious attitude, fun spirit who likes to build strong working relationships with others but can also work independently.
Must love problem solving and have strong forensic-like analytical skills.
Expert Excel and Proficient SQL. Must have at least 1-2 years experience in SQL.
Basic PowerBI skills. Must have at least 1 year experience building PowerBI reporting from scratch.
Detail oriented.
Ability to meet deadlines.
**Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications**
Proficient R and Python skills. Several years experience using at least 1 million lines of data or 600 megabytes of data.
Advanced PowerBI skills. 2 years experience building PowerBI reporting with direct linkages to multiple data warehouses.
Experience in Oracle Systems, MicroStrategy, Essbase Financial Systems.
MBA or Masters in STEM disciplines
