Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Compensation Financial Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team! In this role you will be responsible for building financial models pertaining to accruals, forecasting and budgeting, and cost sensitivities. This person will work closely with Finance and Accounting on estimating commission expenses and assist with cost analysis related to potential changes to Sales Compensation Plans or SPIFFs. You will also analyze sales performance results to derive insights. The role is essential in providing recommendations and supporting design changes to our Incentive programs!
Who?
Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic
and has a proven track record of performing complex financial analysis. You also have:
3 years of experience in Finance, Sales Compensation, or Sales Operations role
Expert Microsoft Excel user with the ability to build complex models and create robust analysis
Xactly, Salesforce, Tableau, or other advanced reporting tool experience a bonus
Solid project management, analytical, and cross-functional skills
Ability to define, aggregate, and analyze metrics to assess performance drivers
Capable of understanding sales incentive programs and policies, balancing multiple priorities, and diligent to details
Showed strength in structuring problems, developing solutions, and crafting recommendations into easily digestible communications and executive presentations
You are a results-oriented individual who is motivated to tackle complex problems, has a can do attitude, and is comfortable asking questions.
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

$74,944.00 - $93,680.00
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
