In this role, you will help McLagan clients by delivering financial services benchmarking and consulting. This position offers an opportunity to work as a Sr. Associate Consultant in our Stamford, CT office with flexibility to work remotely. More information about McLagan products is available at ****of Role:The Senior Analyst will be a valued member of a highly productive team of industry experts. In our team-based work environment, they will play a vital role in delivering data-enabled solutions to our clients. This candidate will be provided extensive exposure to senior leaders within McLagan and at our clients.Job Responsibilities:This Senior Analyst role has a range of responsibilities including:Analysis: Analyze large amounts of data to drive findings and insights in client engagements.Product Manager: Lead a segment of the core benchmarking program within the team. Primary focus on collecting client information and ensuring data accuracy and quality as well as product development and new client solicitation.Relationship Manager: Serve as a relationship manager. Correspond with clients and deliver data-enabled solutions.Consulting: Prepare consulting presentations and analyses (under direction) geared toward delivering insights to clients on their strategic performance and compensation objectives. Research existing and emerging trends in client businesses.Experience, Skills and Competencies Required2-4 years of proven experience in consulting, data analysis, corporate compensation or other financial analysis. Experience in financial services is desirable.Sophisticated proficiency in MS Excel (chart/graph creation, lookups, array formulae, nested ifs, pivot tables, etc.) and MS PowerPoint (crafting thoughtful and professional presentations with commentary) is required.Successful candidates will be self-starters with the ability to learn and work independently and as part of a team on several projects.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical skills.
