The Opportunity:
SOL Mortgage, the consumer direct branch of JMAC Lending Inc., is looking for loan officers to assist and direct homeowners/home buying customers with tailored loan products specific to their needs. We are looking for professional, licensed loan officer with a strong track record who is looking for a home to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities
Follow up on 3 to 5 Rate Table (Bankrate or Zillow) leads per day
Pivot between purchase and refinance leads as needed
Follow up on purchase leads and older refinance leads to build a close relationship with our prospective and current clients
Process retention customers along with aggregate (LendingTree) leads as needed
Determine customer loan needs and recommend the right products to help meet their goals according to organization’s lending guidelines
Maintain an active knowledge base of JMAC’s loan products
Complete a thorough review of loan files, addressing any missing documents, and follow up with customers as needed
Professional Experience, Education, and Qualifications:
1-2 yrs of mortgage lending experience (focus on generating self-sourced business is a plus)
Licensing in 3-5 states
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences
Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
