OverviewnThe Primary Responsibilities of the Treasury Manager, Accounting are to manage the Cash management function which includes managing treasury staff, managing banking relationships, implementing cash flow compliance with legal contracts, and managing merchant processor relationships. This position will help to oversee the timely monthly bank reconciliations, produce 13 week cash flow forecast, approve wires/ach transactions, review and implementation of new and revised treasury accounting policies, the development of and compliance with internal controls, staff leadership and more.nResponsibilitiesnPrepares cash flow forecast, special analyses, information reports, and other key management reports.nEnsure/implement cash flow sweeps/transfers to comply with legal contracts and org structure.nPoint person for acquisitions when collecting information on bank accounts and determining need for new bank accounts for new Tax IDs or restructure of existing bank accounts to match new structure.nImplement cash reporting and process improvements based upon industry trends, authoritative literature and business objectives.nParticipate in quarterly forecasting procedures and the annual budget process as it relates to cash flow.nSupport the annual audit for cash bank recons.nWorks with Controller on various initiatives and completes other ad-hoc requestsnQualificationsnBacheloru2019s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.nMinimum 5 years of treasury management experience with multi-location company.nMinimum 5 years supervisory experience.nExpert knowledge of treasury/cash management.nMust possess strong analytical skills.nIn-depth knowledge of accounting and financial reporting systems.nProven experience in procedure improvement and managing/restructuring cash management/treasury to have most efficient structure (with multiple banks, multiple locations)
