Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Prepare, analyse, and report on resultsAccess information maintained in various financial systems and databases to analyse, prepare, and present business analysis to managementAnalysis of client revenuesCreating invoices for WIP, direct bill and fees, contract set-ups, commission analysis and ensuring reconciliation of cash and carrier receivablesWIP invoices and fees are working on non-standard and issues with the Offshore teamsProvide analysis to achieving financial objectives, including - budgeting, forecasting, tracking variances, etc.Assist with the annual budgeting processes, including data collection and analysisLoad monthly revenue extracts from subsystem(s) to GLRespond to internal ad-hoc requests as assignedHow this opportunity is different  In this role you will be an integral part of the Canada’s Health team, a trusted advisor to regional leaders and support the National Director of Finance in leading and executing on finance and business priorities in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, changing environment. Skills and experience that will lead to successFP&A experience (Forecasting, Planning and Analysis) is requiredMinimum 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience in a corporate environmentAttention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated technical accounting and finance competencyExceptional interpersonal skills with capability to interact with leaders to cultivate and maintain strong relationshipsDetail oriented but able to step back to understand and articulate the bigger pictureAbility to work well under pressure and to prioritize multiple projectsExperience in the insurance industry is an assetHow we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
