Aon Is Looking For A Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive – Private Equity As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions group within Aon, in our Miami, Charlotte or Boston offices. The Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive – Private Equity will be a key contributor and leader for private equity clients. The role involves the management of ongoing U.S. health and benefits client work split with new business responsibility. This position will have frequent interactions with the Private Equity firm, C-Suite and client’s Human Resource/Benefit Director for the delivery of benefits consulting services. Responsibilities include managing complex consulting projects, leading new business pursuits, proactive project management, vendor interface, developing client reports, leading external meetings and internal resource coordination. Additionally, the consultant has responsibilities for revenue growth while identifying client needs for other consulting services. Your Impact As A Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive – Private Equity Job Responsibilities:Demonstrates understanding of how Aon’s Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies operate within the Health Solutions spaceLeads new business pursuits and presentations at finalist meetings often to C-suite and/or Private Equity LeadersDemonstrates advanced health and benefits technical and consultative skills/expertisePossesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilitiesUnderstands how H&B fits into broader benefits and Total Rewards context and the human capital management needs of our clients; links that understanding to other lines of business and other opportunities to help our clients solve their problemsLooks for opportunities to expand current client relationshipsManages ongoing client relationship and internal consulting team. Leads with little oversight. Identifies and secures resources as appropriateForm effective teams, share client background and goals, measure results, share ideas, identify process improvements, provide timely and regular coaching and feedback to team membersLeads client work; takes ownership of client deliverables, manages project plans and open issues, leads client meetings, assesses risksLeverages through delegating work to colleagues. Ensures own work and work of junior colleagues is complete and thorough.Has responsibility for overall review of deliverablesOversee vendor negotiations and provide technical coaching to other team membersAct as strategic resource for consultantsYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:Five plus years Health and Benefits backgroundFive plus years of consulting experienceClient facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits disciplineStrong organizational and analytical skillsComplex project management experienceAbility to handle multiple projects at once under tight deadlinesBroad business knowledge/perspectiveTeam building skillsBusiness development experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsPreferred Experience:Private equity experience strongly preferred.
