Lead analyst for the ENT Global Marketing group supporting Marketing, Med Ed and Emerging Markets Development to drive business performance, influence organic and inorganic investments, develop financial models to strengthen business decisions, and provide financial guidance and expertise to our business partners.

**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Serve as the finance partner for the ENT Global Marketing group and extended teams to deliver financial objectives
Serve as the primary business partner to execute month-end fiduciary responsibilities, including cost center reviews, journal entries, expense analysis, reporting and variance commentary, for both ENT Marketing expense & ENT Revenue
Coordinate and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the ENT Global Marketing leadership teams and provide deviations form trends and forecasts
Consolidate business partners inputs for financial reviews (monthly & quarterly reviews, annual plan, Strategic Plan, and ad hoc reporting)
Proactively manage cost saving initiatives for ENT Marketing teams and manage communication with leaders to understand trends and results
Identify risks and opportunities to forecast and plan. Apply quantitative and qualitative skills and business experience to arrive at meaningful conclusions and recommendations. Develop options and solutions when issues arise for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasts, and annual budgeting process (AOP) with business partners
Manage the loading of financial data into various systems and ensure data integrity
Support the ENT EUMDR program
Actively champion IBP process and reinforce IBP cultural changes within the business.
Support the ENT business in new products launches (Enrich NPV models) and growth initiatives; track key new product launch metrics (ASPs, margins, volumes)
Be the subject matter expert for GFS, SAP, CMR and SPEND tool reporting
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
Bachelors Degree with 7 years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5 years)
**Nice to Have**
CPA/MBA preferred
Knowledge of PowerBI, Hyperion systems, SAP
Broad finance background that includes financial planning and analysis, accounting, finance, internal management reporting systems, budgeting, acquisition and investment analysis and financial modeling.
