In this role you will support the Account Managers with the management of key client accounts, which will include direct client engagement. Day to day you might work on:Responding to client enquiriesDocument preparation Client renewal paperworkPremium negotiations Policy and new business submissionsClaims management supportThere will be a focus on strong customer service and professionalism including attention to detail and ensuring that clients experience good outcomes. About you Ideally, you will have an administration or support background and have experience within the General Insurance industry working with small-to-medium clients. You can demonstrate strong customer service skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and have a proactive skillset, using your initiative to assist clients.
