For more information, visit ****Now we are actively looking for a Customer Services & Import Specialist to join our organization, who will be both in charge of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands.

Departmental Information

The Customer Services & Operations division is the part of the Finance & Operations Department and supports the organization in reaching their targets. We actively manage end-to-end supply chain operations with agreed 3rd parties align with KPI’s. The operations include; the international transportation, customs process & importation, warehousing and domestic transportation. The general objectives can be explained as follows:

• Orderbook management
• Organization of international transportation
• Control & report of all import activities
• 3PL and stock management,
• Inbound, outbound and return management of all brands
• Lead the necessary implementation steps of business plans into logistics
• Monitor KPI’s & analyze the results
• Work towards transparency and streamline systems and processes accordingly

The Position & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working for an international and fast growing organization where he/she will be supporting & reporting directly to the Customer Services and Import Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for:

• Order-book management by season, by brand, by category and by stores align with sales teams
• Follow-up import operations and necessary documentation
• Carry out the necessary steps for tariff and document checks with the Customs Broker according to the legislation
• Organize and manage the international transportation
• Cost control of import files and timely hand over the files to the Accounting team
• Monitor monthly KPI reports of all 3rd Parties; customs broker and transporter company
• Assist the projects within the project scope and objectives as well as ensure all technical and operational data
• Attend meetings with Amsterdam head office on a weekly basis and take the required systemic and operational actions
• Entrance of necessary data in SAP and report the outcome accordingly

Ideal Candidate

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel based reporting experience)
• Experience in SAP and HANA are plus
• Understanding of basic import legislation,Preferably worked in the textile business field before
• Flexibility to adapt legislation changes into current process due to deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
• Analytical thinking
• Positive attitude and communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Self-motivation, high energy level and willingness to work flexible
