Position Summary:As a Commercial Sales Manager in our Offshore business you:t• manage the sales process externally and internally regarding commercial and contractual matters.t• are responsible, in the sales team, for optimizing the financial and commercial outcome of projects and takes an active role in negotiating the commercial parts of the contracts.t• drive activities in the sales team together with the Sales Director and Sales Project Manager as well as contributing to strong competitive solutions by ensuring a high transparency and clarity on the customer’s business cases.t• perform commercial evaluation of risk and opportunity analysis in alignment with experts and stakeholders and prepare approval documentation, present and get approved sufficient mandate on legal, commercial and financial risks during approval meetings with senior management. t• manage clarification, annotation, mark-up and negotiation of T&Cs with commercial and financial implications, develop negotiation strategy on commercial terms and conditions as well as lead commercial and legal negotiations.t• support early customer engagement and collaboration including consult customers on commercial aspects, financing models, financial engineering and contractual details just as you will support the development of a winning strategy with commercial inputs and estimations.t• Contribute to bid generation in alignment with all stakeholders.
