Dear Madam/Sir,
I am writing to express my interest in the above position within your company, as I believe that my experience of almost 7 years in different fields and my professional career and the most important currently in Human Resources would make me a very good asset to the team.
I am a highly dedicated professional with effective project management skills and the capacity to work under pressure to ensure timely delivery of any requirements. My current position was to hire almost 100 people in only one year for the Bilbao office but not only recruitment side, as well as all of the terms that includes opening a new office in a different country taking into account the headquarter is in London.
As you can see on my CV, my main tasks are dealing and creating contracts, acting as the first point of contact with all employees, payrolls, personal budgets, labor regulations in Spain, internal and external trainings, management of maternity, paternity, sickness leaves, to handle internships programs, absenteeism and redundancy process. And from the other side, all of the office suppliers for the office maintenance.
I am used to work with different nationalities and I have the ability to work in difficult country environments with the focus on ethics, integrity, accountability, transparency and team work. I am resourceful and inter-cultural capabilities and the capacity to create collaborative relationships to ensure smooth management.
