The right individual will have exceptional Finance skills, strong understanding of Accounting principles, solid leadership skills, business partnering skills and firm business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results.She or he will have to operate independently and successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives. The successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize.The team needs a self-starter, who is able to work autonomously and drive projects within the broader Prime India team and also cross-functionally with broader Amazon teams in India and abroad. Some of the project you will tackle include: Creating investment frameworks to analyze new products or benefit offerings Invent new methods in assessing incremental value in strategic customer segments Create scalable tools that help measure business success metrics Be active in the finance community mentoring others and sharing knowledgeBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors / Masters degree in Finance / Accounting / FP&A 10 years of varied finance and strategy experience, including finance business partnering for business units / functions Strong financial modeling skills, including knowledge of SQL (preferred) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of developing and presenting detailed financial analyses and insights to senior management clearly and conciselyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Work experience in FMCG, Media or Telecom will be an added advantage Performed a business partnering role for a rapidly scaling up organization Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business support involving forecasting, variance analysis Ability to lead projects independentlyJob detailsMumbai, IndiaDigital, Advertising and Corporate Development FinanceFinance and Accounting
