The Digital Product organization inside of CenterWell Pharmacy (previously branded 'Humana Pharmacy') is looking for a Senior Digital Channel Development Professional to join us in transforming healthcare. The Senior Digital Channel Development Professional will support our teams in a highly visible role across Digital Pharmacy Product's senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and business partners to support overall executive communications, emerging channel development assessments, and portfolio management operations.
Responsibilities
Reporting within the Digital Portfolio team under CenterWell Pharmacy Digital - Product Management, the key responsibilities of this full-time remote role includes:
Executive Communications:
Serves as an expert in business storytelling and slide visualization/creation through executive-level presentations.
Creates and maintains communication calendars for executive presentations, meetings, workshops, etc. to ensure timely notice, due dates, and reviews are scheduled in advance for all stakeholders/content creators involved.
Develops roadmaps, plans, business cases, communications, and other ad-hoc artifacts for leadership/their supporting team(s). Ensures alignment across stakeholders and business partners by proactively utilizing different communication channels and optimizing effectiveness within a remote setting.
Digital Channel Development:
Collects applicable information and supports analyzing data to initiate, develop and recommend actionable insights while also equipping our leadership with the right details to make informed data-driven decisions.
Identifies and articulates the short and long-term impacts of recommendations through data, assessments, research, discovery.
Serve as a self-researcher who can search/utilize both internal/external creditable sources to develop strong value propositions and business cases.
Digital Portfolio Management & Operations Support:
Support cross-functionally through ad-hoc projects/requests by working with Digital Pharmacy leadership and throughout the broader team(s) to execute on high-priority needs often under tight deadlines.
Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders on meeting/workshop/offsite planning, action items, providing routine updates, and other operational activities.
Works with executive assistants to coordinate complex meeting schedules, workshop/offsite planning logistics, and other ad-hoc scheduling needs.
In direct reporting within the Digital Pharmacy Product - Portfolio team, ensure the successful operation of portfolio management including ideating support, creating/testing new processes, and execution support to routinely improve efficiency and standardization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
2-4 years of industry and/or consulting experience within large healthcare or product-driven organizations, business administration, and/or quantitative analytics, research, or insight generation.
Experience with communications and strong relationship building across matrixed, cross-functional teams ranging from junior-level employees to senior executives.
Experience communicating and collaborating through a remote setting / tool; Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Platform etc.) preferred.
Self-starter and learner who can use independent judgment to and works under minimal supervision with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry, management consulting, corporate strategy and/or business unit strategy, and/or business analysis experience/fellowships.
Experience with technology and digital product teams utilizing an agile framework/lifecycle (SAFe, Scrum, etc.).
Digital experience (web, mobile, social and/or ecommerce)
