SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
Pure is looking for a highly skilled analyst to be responsible for the management of sales compensation and monthly commissions calculation to join its team. This role requires direct communication with leadership and sales representatives to address questions and escalate issues as needed.
What you will be doing:
Administer sales compensation plans with accuracy and punctuality using CallidusCloud
Work with sales management/Sales Comp in developing and modifying variable compensation plans in Callidus
Analyze, prepare monthly commission payments for payroll
Interact with payroll partners
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes relating to commissions
Interact with finance and auditors on accruals and financial forecasts.
Track and report on sales performance to senior management
Collaborate across functions (Finance, HR, Sales Operations) as required to build and maintain healthy relationships with partners
Perform an accurate and detailed audit of commission statements in accordance with individual compensation plan requirements
Resolve ServiceNow cases filed by sellers in the field by providing answers to
Aid monthly reporting and resolve disputes using ServiceNow ticketing system
Ability to look at current processes and recommend improvements
Ad hoc reporting using Excel
Perform other duties as required to support the Commissions team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
B. S. degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 4-6 years recent, relevant experience, preferably in a role involved in the sales cycle
Attention to detail is a must
Can manage multiple, high priority activities and ability to prioritize them in the monthly processing cycle.
Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
