Position Description:Organizational Performance vice-president is part of the Strategic Planning and Corporate Development (SPCD) leadership team, she/he provides support associated with projects planning & execution and business architecture. She/he also manages the implementation and evolution of the PMO, VMO and business models for each SPCD teams as well as leveraging collaboration across the corporate teams.The Organizational Performance Vice-President is also responsible for managing the SPCD annual business plan development and reporting on the performance of the organization on a quarterly basis. The budget tracking also falls under the responsibility of Organizational Performance vice-president. She/he is the 'go-to' person for CGI co-chair needs to address ad hoc requests, such as presentations, special projects with operations or other corporate teams, etc.The Organizational Performance Vice-President acts as ambassador, working in collaboration with the SPCD leadership team and other corporate leaders to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Your future duties and responsibilities:1. Manage and evolve Strategic Planning and Corporate Development PMO and VMOu2022 Work with senior management to develop annual work program (prioritize projects, develop roadmap...)u2022 Lead portfolio governance and address risks and issuesu2022 Implement best practices and continuously improve project delivery (risk management, lessons learned...)u2022 Conduct portfolio review with senior management u2022 Leverage synergy across corporate PMOs u2022 Manage the PMO team 2. Manage and evolve the Strategic Planning and Corporate Development Business Modelsu2022 Define business model for Strategic Planning and Corporate Development team u2022 Manage governance to evolve the business model u2022 Measure model performance and address area of improvement u2022 Define processes to support the business model, integrate changes resulting initiatives /projectsu2022 Support other corporate teams to develop business models to leverage synergyu2022 Manage the Business architecture team 3.
