ROLE: MORTGAGE RESOLUTIONS OFFICIAL, RETAIL FSG, AIB UK

 

LOCATION: Belfast

 

This role is being offered on a Full Time basis.

 

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING RETAIL CUSTOMERS IN DIFFICULTY AND IDENTIFYING APPROPRIATE STRATEGIES TO RESOLVE CHALLENGING SITUATIONS?

 

Retail Financial Solutions Group (RFSG) is responsible for managing retail arrears and pre-arrears portfolios. This encompasses mortgages, loans, overdrafts, credit cards and finance & leasing. Our primary objective is to recover debt and minimise bank losses , at all times ensuring compliance with Regulation, Bank Policy and minimising Conduct Risk. RFSG provide a range of suitable solutions for customers in arrears or experiencing financial difficulty.

 

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:

*With good verbal and written communication skills. *Who can work independently, overcome obstacles and escalate when appropriate. *To manage a portfolio of impaired or at risk mortgage and personal borrowers and implement appropriate case strategies. *To deliver high levels of professionalism and a strong customer conduct culture.

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN OR HAVE:

*Experience working in financial services or arrears management (desirable, but not essential). *Communicate with confidence to positively influence decisions and gain commitment. *Ability to work in a team. *Achieve results consistently and resiliently. *Have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (A-C Grade).
