Senior Director of Finance - Health & WealthOverall responsibility for financial management of North America Health & Wealth Solutions, including Health Brokerage & Advisory, Consumer Benefit Solutions, Executive Benefits, Global Benefits, and our Active Exchange business (Health) and Core Retirement, Pension Administration, Investment, and International Retirement business (Wealth).Work cross functionally with business partners within the North America Region, Health & Wealth Solution, and Global Health & Wealth Solutions teamsKey decision maker alongside the business to guide investment, resource, and capital allocation.  Ongoing monitoring of active investment decisions.Lead all aspects of FP&A for the NA Health & Wealth businesses including long range planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, operational metrics, and KPI developmentSupport North American and Global Health FP&A teams, communicating finance objectives to the business and implementing regional and global finance initiatives and processesOversight of monthly financial reporting/P&L, close process, and action oriented variance analysisProvides leadership support for all major strategic decisions and initiatives such as articulating value/pricing and new solution developmentRegularly communicate financial strategy, results, and priorities to leadership teams and broader employee populationCoordination with Corporate Development team on acquisition and divesture activity within the solution line, including deal side and business integration post transactionDrives programs to optimize business and financial opportunities while also identifying and mitigating risksTransform underlying financial and commission processes to strengthen control environmentEnsures underlying cash management teams an processes exist to maintain strong working capital/cash positionLeads and develops North America Health Solutions finance team, including team within the U.S. and support from offshore finance COEPlays leadership role in development and delivery of new systems and financial processes, and various governance processesKey skills: commercially oriented, ability to drive large scale change, ability to be strategic while also understand at grass roots level, strong focus on team leadership, strong ability to communicate and influence,  manage both short and mid/long term, experience collaborating across multiple teams/functions, innovative and constantly thinking what’s ahead How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
