About the role:
Ready to join a dynamic, technology-focused organization that is transforming how we find and consume entertainment?  Xperi is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our team establishing the best entertainment systems in the industry.

Here is what you get to do:
Facilitate the definition, development and deployment of the internal systems behind our extraordinary consumer experiences
Manage overall project scope, cost and schedule, using Agile/Waterfall techniques across multiple teams and with external partners
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
Work directly with multiple disciplines – operations, software engineering, quality assurance and information technology to manage decisions, deliverables, dependencies and risks
Establish positive relationships across the organization to achieve alignment and influence direction
Proactively identify issues and risks; devise and implement risk mitigation strategies across projects
Prioritize execution of the backlog to optimize delivery across multiple projects to meet customer needs
Participate in ongoing improvements to Xperi’s operational processes and practices
What you’ll need to be successful:
BS or equivalent experience
5 years’ experience managing complex operations and/or software engineering projects
Experience in portfolio management and budget management
Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with impact outside of Infrastructure
Ability to manage competing priorities, and work well under pressure
Knowledge of using Jira, confluence is a plus
You have proven experience working in an agile environment
Experience of Managing projects at Enterprise Level with Network, Server, Storage and database platforms
Experience using SmartSheet
You have working knowledge of finance applications, data center and cloud systems (AWS preferred)
You have demonstrated a record for regularly delivering complex operations or software projects on-time
You are an excellent verbal and written communicator
You are a relationship builder that despite assertive nature gets things done and people respect the results
You have experience working with external partners in a complex, geographically distributed organization
