LOCATION: Dublin (Hybrid Working)

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

The objective of ERM is to help create a consistent, robust risk culture, providing a holistic view of all risks and ensuring we adapt an integrated risk management approach across the Group.

 

Within ERM, The Risk Management Team's role spans a number of key risk management activities and include:

*Setting and reporting on the Bank's risk tolerance through the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) and embedding a framework of limits within the bank. *Reporting on the quality and integrity of data used in risk reporting to Executive and Board Committees including exploring opportunities to automate reporting. *Providing guidance to the bank on establishing its' Insurance Joint Venture *Assessing and managing Reputational Risk for the Bank.
 

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP US:

 

*Build trust and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders across the Group to influence outcomes and ensure successful delivery. *Establish the risk tolerance of the bank through the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) and embedding a framework of limits and controls within the bank. *Report on the Group, Segment and Subsidiary RAS to Executive and Board Committees *Provide guidance to the bank on establishing its' Insurance Joint Venture *Assess and manage Reputational Risk for the Bank. *Report on the quality and integrity of data used in risk reporting to Executive and Board Committees including exploring opportunities to automate data.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT TO BE PART OF?

 

You will need to show us that you have:

*Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management, ideally but not necessarily in banking or financial services. *Experience of report writing, tailoring communications to senior audiences. *Proven ability to work to tight timelines, preparing information for senior audiences. *Understanding of developments within the business and regulatory and banking environment and broader economic environment. *Strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of influencing/negotiation. *Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team, with attention to detail, completing tasks to a high standard within agreed deadlines
