SAP Deployment Analyst

Essentials & Responsibilities:


Support the SAP deployment for KLFH for “the Eastern hemisphere” countries
Prepare all requisite reconciliations in legacy ERP’s and have the data ready for “Cutover” into SAP
Prepare the “Management to fiscal reconciliations” between ledgers to support SAP deployment.
Review and support with the data cleansing management & Fiscal.
Work with other Process towers in KLFH to ensure data is ready for Cutover
Review the Process workflows in SAP and advise key variations vs legacy
Review and ensure completeness consistency of the “Chart of Accounts mapping” between SAP and legacy systems
Review and ensure completeness of the “Chart of Accounts mapping” between SAP and legacy systems
Prepare the “Data construct files” for the data integration into SAP.
Participate with the data integration from Legacy to New ERP.
Support & track the SAP end user trainings.
Review job codes to ensure accurate access for the end users


Qualifications:


Finance or Accounting Degree, MBA or equivalent professional certification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, MIA etc
2 years’ experience in a financial role.
Possesses SAP Experience
Strong Microsoft excel skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines, willing to learn new skills
Effective communication skill
Intellectually curious, analytically rigorous, good business intuition
Strong team player
