The Role
For our team of Account Customer & Sales Incentives Analysts we are now looking for an Account Customer & Sales Incentives Analyst, who will be responsible to execute the whole Incentive and Compensation process and to execute Sales Performance and Market data analysis. Ensure consistency with go-to market models and support their evolution
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Work closely with BUs and SI&BO colleagues to set IC framework and metrics related to Sales Performance
Ensure that IC and Sales Performance frameworks are aligned with Go-to Market models and Partner with BU and sales leads to design, develop new models of in-market implementation
Execute the whole IC process (Target setting, performance monitoring, SGA calculation and reporting, payout calculation…)
Work closely with Customer Innovation & Sales Performance Manager and SI&BO director for performance related activities
Has to be considered point of reference for what concerns sub-national data interpretation.
Act as subject matter expert for reporting and analysis - DWH
Act as owner for ad-hoc/deep dive analysis correlating Sales Execution, and performance KPIs.
Continuously support the BU to generate insight from market and sales data
Design, implement and maintain tools for field data collection
Have an active role in supporting Brand planning activities and Go-To Market models evolution performing
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required
Master's Degree in Economics / Engineering;
At least 3 years' experience in managing sales/budget data
At least 3 years' experience in Financial Analysis
At least 3 years' experience on handling and interpreting data from many sources
At least 3 years' experience in working in a matrix organization
At least 3 years' experience in performing business partnerships with BUs
Attitude to work in a cross functional team
Ability to work in a complex environment and tight time-lines
Advanced proficiency in data analysis
Communication skills to different audiences in various formats (presentations, meetings...)
Advanced proficiency in English and in Italian
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Especially Excel
