Global, growing and healthy manufacturing company located in Itasca is looking for a 1-3 experienced Total Rewards employee to join the amazing HR team. This company ?????
prides themselves on hiring talented individuals who push themselves and our organization to get to the next level. Benefits at 30 days, pays up to $58K with large bonus structure. Must have a Bachelor's Degree and able to work onsite every day.
Job Duties:
Accurately manage transactional aspects of HR such as incentive payroll administration, legal/compliance documentation, ad-hoc reporting, maintenance of internal systems and organizational infrastructure change administration (e.g., new hire, separation, promotion, transfers, restructuring, etc
Analyze market trends in compensation and performance management best practice to maximize compensation competitiveness, employee engagement, as well as internal equity
Identify and promote strategic and impactful changes across various business and HR functions to aid in eliminating business risk and innovating the organization
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
1-3 years of general Human Resources, HRIS, Compensation, and/or Performance Management experience
Experience with job, internship or even school work in data management/analysis, compensation, onboarding, performance management, total rewards, and HRIS
Preferred experience with ADP Work Force Now Payroll and Success Factors Employee Central or similar HRIS
Able to work onsite every day
