Winston & Strawn's energy, project development, and project finance group is looking for an associate to join the Los Angeles office. Candidates should have three or four years of finance experience in a big law firm. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power, including complex transactions involving construction financing, term loan finance, and back-leverage finances. Preferred candidates will have experience representing sponsors and lenders, including financial institutions and institutional investors. Candidates should be admitted to the California Bar.
