Job Overview
A well known financial client is looking to hire a CRE Admin
to join their growing team in Co. Clare & Dublin
. Due to company expansion, this position has opened up. This role requires experience with a administration background and portfolio management.
Responsibilities
System management and maintenance - Ensure all outputs and strategic decisions from borrower/3rd party meetings are accurately updated onto the system
Customer Service and Relationship Management - Maintain positive working relationships with agents, third parties and the wider business to manage progress of Commercial Property team objectives
Financial Administration - Raise purchase orders and invoices as required and ensure signed off as appropriate
Production of credit files and activate credit decisions on the system
Management Assistance
Requirements
Relevant Business degree or equivalent qualification
Excel (Intermediate) Excellent communication skills
Relevant property management/administration qualification
Previous experience in financial services and/or property management

and Administration portfolio management
