Job Summary:

The successful Business Analyst apprentice will play a pivotal role within the Finance team in a Manufacturing and Engineering environment. The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business insight and analytical support to ensure that each significant business decision is given proper financial consideration. The Center covers manufacturing activities with a revenue stream of approx. 120m$/year and engineering and research activities of around $60m/year. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a pressured team environment with excellent analytical, management and communication skills and willingness to challenge assumptions. The role covers several delivery areas including Technology, Finance, HR, Payroll and Training.

A key aspect of the role will be to drive the analysis, identification, process improvement and efficiencies across the business. This should include and recognize the potential for the introduction of business intelligence reporting and automation where feasible.

Qualification:


Master’s degree – 2nd year or final year of Engineering School
