Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelors in Accounting
1-3 years’ experience in Finance Roles
Functional solution design
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Process Improvement Mindset
Requirement gathering & analysis
Issue resolution
Basic Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Key responsibilities
To work with stakeholders, analyze process and identify areas of improvement that drives efficiency
To define the as is process, work on streamlining them by eliminating waste
To propose policies, procedures that helps in fixing the upstream processes
To provide objective and transparent analysis of digital data, using proven methodologies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for investment in order to achieve Organization’s Strategic aims.
Analyze the cost vs business impact when it comes to technology/features
To have an basic understanding of Analytics and other digital analysis tools, and the ability to build basic digital solutions
Work closely with thte Product Owners to ensure the delivery of a quality product in a timely manner
