Job Description and Responsibilities
Interactive Brokers Group is looking for a self-driven and experienced Senior Manager to head our Client Services team in the upcoming Manila office. The role will focus on creating and driving the strategy to impact client satisfaction, processes, talent, and culture initiatives. The individual will set up and lead a team that supports the daily functions of the client service department.
Responsibilities
Manage all activities associated with client services team, including developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Ensure continuous improvement of processes, systems and communications.
Obtain a thorough knowledge of products offered by IBKR on various global exchanges.
Provide end-to-end query resolution right from opening/funding accounts, trading platform queries, margin/trade issues, etc.
Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Communicate expectations, assignments, and responsibilities clearly and professionally to the team.
Deliver hiring, promotion and disciplinary recommendations, performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
Create a culture and processes that achieve the business goals and objectives regarding client services.
Develop and implement training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Bachelor’s or higher degree required. A specialization in finance is an added advantage.
Eight to ten years of experience in client services.
Four-plus years of experience in capital markets is a must.
Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent people management skills and be able to work under pressure.
