Job Description
This position sits within Central Division, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Cable's largest operating division and is responsible for leading all aspects of $300 million in P&L personnel costs.
Core Responsibilities
Partners with senior management to support workforce business planning and operational processes throughout the year.
Analyzes operational and financial data/performance metrics, communicates findings, and risks and makes suggestions to improve processes.
Supports business unit management and Customer Service departments with reporting, analytics, and special projects.
Demonstrates understanding of Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews procedures and policies for consistency.
Trains, supervises, and develops Finance staff. Leads the day-to-day performance of the Finance team and enacts suggestions to upper management for work performance improvement.
Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
