Aon Is Looking For A Non-Qualified Benefits Plan Administrator As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions for nonqualified retirement plans as part of our Executive Benefits business group within Aon Consulting, in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX. As a Plan Administrator, you will report directly to the Client Service Team Leader. If not located near Atlanta or Dallas, we may consider a Virtual arrangement in the Continental United States. Your Impact As A Non-Qualified Benefits Plan Administrator Job Responsibilities:Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and address day-to-day questions related to the servicing of nonqualified retirement programsCollaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate client deliverablesEffectively communicate complex information to clients verbally and in writingDemonstrate a consultative approach by understanding client objectives, industry trends and Aon’s service offeringProvide training and mentoring to other team members as necessaryUtilize analytical and problem-solving skills to assist clients with issues related to the plan or corresponding informal financing mechanism Address inquiries from plan participants related to the benefit plan and their account You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:2 years of experience in the financial services industryIntermediate level of Excel proficiency Preferred Experience:Working knowledge of nonqualified deferred compensation plansUnderstanding of business owned life insurance products Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance (or similar) or equivalent years of industry experience. The salary range for this position is $60,000- $85,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
