As the Director, Pricing Analytics and Systems, you will direct and drive the effectiveness and enablement of the pricing strategy and structure that maximizes EBITDA for all lines of the business. In this role, you will develop an infrastructure to support and expand revenue generation opportunities for the pricing team and the broader finance organization. You will be part of a growing team of change managers to create best-in-class reports, processes and systems to be an industry game changer.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Analyze pricing contracts and report on performance to keep cross-functional teams accountable
Manage all aspects of contract reporting including informed decision making, competitive positioning and post implementation effectiveness
Embed key pricing strategies and enable the digital transformation of the function
Create Revenue Management (RM) KPIs and facilitate measurement
Drive the execution of improving the KPIs through the Business Unit (BU) leaders
Partner with the training team to create and deliver training on pricing and RM content
Provide input on the functionality of all core pricing and revenue management tools
Coach and develop team members, including hiring, assessing, disciplining, documenting performance and recommending salary and classification changes
Take the lead on all data analytics and tool implementation to optimize revenue decisions
Research and develop strategies to improve analytics; collaborate with your team along and senior leadership to influence data capabilities and competencies
Adopt appropriate tools and software to drive innovation
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
7 years of experience in pricing and/or revenue management
3 years of project management experience planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation
3 years of experience leading and developing people
It'd be great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
10 years of experience in pricing and revenue management within the Supply Chain or distribution industry
Solid knowledge of pricing practices, techniques and strategies
Ability to operate and influence in a matrix management organization with different lines of business
Previous experience working with CRM, reporting platforms and tools
