Description
The Incentive Design and Compensation Operations Lead will be responsible for driving large Enterprise projects related to short-term incentive design and general operations. This is a dynamic role that requires a highly motivated and intellectually agile individual. In addition to leveraging your analytical and technical skills, you will be asked to apply business and finance acumen as well as organizational/behavioral comprehension to complex business challenges. Demonstrates advanced, comprehensive knowledge of incentive design, modeling, and operations best practices
Responsibilities
The Compensation Incentive Lead exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding incentives and compensation operations and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action while engaged in the following work:
Advise and influence aligned business leaders/executives to develop incentives built on sound design principles that demonstrate a clear and measurable return on investment
Oversee incentive implementation and administration practices ensuring compliance, legal adherence and conformance to enterprise policies

Evaluate complex end to end processes identifying opportunities for efficiencies and automation
Lead large scale enterprise level projects and initiatives with a high degree of discretion while demonstrating exemplary business acumen
Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues under minimal supervision
Have frequent opportunities to actively participate in initiatives, processes and projects where we evaluate effects, value and opportunities for improvement by quantitatively and qualitatively measuring them against internal and external benchmarks. Because you will be interacting with leaders in a variety of disciplines, another critical aspect of this role is the ability to effectively articulate and communicate enterprise-wide policies and practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
6 or more years of incentive design or broad-based compensation experience
2 or more years of large enterprise level project leadership experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
8 or more years of incentive design or broad-based compensation experience
