Aon Is Looking For an Investment ConsultantAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Investment Management business group within Aon, in Montreal, QC.Your Impact As A ConsultantJob Responsibilities:Responsible for providing investment consulting services (performance of investment managers and investment managers research) and senior analytical support to a wide range of clients’ pension plans;Anticipates client issues, needs or concerns and proactively develops solutions to meet those needs;Coordinate resources to achieve client-oriented results and collaborate with other senior members of the team on client activity;Participates in new business development opportunities within the investment consulting practice as well as cross selling other services that Aon Hewitt provides to its clients;May handle client relationships for small to midsized accounts;Makes and/or assists in effective oral presentations to clients or prospects, as part of a team or individually;Works with multiple collaborators (investment managers, insurers, trustees) and various types of clients (defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans, foundations and endowments);Supervises, mentors and coaches junior staff.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated ability in a similar role;Bilingualism (French and English);Excellent client relationship leadership skills;Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;Client service and team oriented individual;Detail and committed to results;Able to balance multiple priorities;An interest in business development;Proficiency with the entire MS Office suite;Strong interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor combined with willingness to contribute to the success of Aon.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other relevant fields, or equivalent years of experience;ASA or ACIA title, an asset.We offer youA driven total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
