The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all Production Management with material management from acceptance of materials in the system to material inventory assistance and assuring costs are recording correctly with our DELTEK system. In addition, the candidate will be required to lead a team in establishing consistent revenue recognition practices, establishing inventory control practices across all product-based revenue programs. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, changing priorities, and a team environment.Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience with 3 years of management experience.At least 3 years of demonstrated experience with DELTEK Costpoint.At least 2 years of demonstrated experience with DELTEK Materials Module.Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel including advanced skills in developing Excel pivot tables.Work hand and hand with Division Management on all financial matters in-regards to Unbilled Analysis, Program Setups, work with production engineers in assuring the correct costing is being transferred within the DELTEK Materials Module. Provide advisory on alternative methods of financial management plan to ensure funding is compliant with government internal control regulations and is defensible to government oversight.Performs Physical and Cycle Counts, investigates inaccuracies, and makes inventory adjustments as directed.Quarter Inventory/Material Reconciliations and Adjustments; Monthly; Quarterly; Annual. Review DELTEK Material Module releases material to production in accordance with manufacturing requirements by means of inventory PAO issues and manufacturing orders.Analyze inventory project transfers and enters miscellaneous receipts in accordance with approved documents or instructions.Assists Production Management with Government Furnished Equipment and Test Equipment.Perform necessary unbilled analysis as it relates to revenue recognition, billed, Collections, Unbilled Analysis for the Business area.5 or more years of experience working in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, production, or materials planning environment.Able to work independently and make sound decisions to accomplish assigned tasks.Takes initiative, is reliable, and completes tasking accurately and on schedule.Ability to meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Well versed using Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.#LI-DM1The Finance Division manages all aspects of the company’s long-term financial decisions and activities in order to maintain a healthy financial position.
