**Job Description Summary**
The Lead Finance Analyst is responsible for driving financial management of Advanced Technology budgets, including customer contracts. A key partner to the Engineering team, the Lead Finance Analyst drives operational excellence to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
Support the Advanced Technology Engineering organization on company funded development and customer cost share contracts.
Take ownership of complex customer contracts of various structures, partnering with engineering team to ensure contracts are executed timely & accurately, while also working to manage financials of overall agreements, forecast P&L impact, and provide necessary customer reporting.
Support and manage Advanced Technology budgets for strategic programs; provide leadership with reporting and analysis, drive external funding strategy and manage contracts, provide FP&A support of planning cycles.
Initiate and implement process improvements to drive standardization and efficiency across deliverables.
Works well in a cross-functional environment by partnering with Engineering and Operations teams to drive outcomes.
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
