Aon is looking for a Financial AnalystWe currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Financial Analyst in our New York office (preferable). This position will support multiple offices in US Risk & Health.Flexible work arrangements 'Hybrid' or 'Virtual' we be determined based on the location of the selected candidate.Duties and job responsibilities:Prepare, analyze, and report on financial results focusing on key drivers behind the performance.Partner with the business leaders by providing actionable insights and trends and help formulate strategies to drive improved financial results.Perform in-depth reviews and evaluations of monthly actual financial performance against budget and prior year.Gather data from financial databases and business teams to create monthly and annual revenue and expense projections.Assist with the annual budgeting processes, including data collection and analysis.Mentor junior team members and collaborate with offshore finance resourcesRespond to internal ad-hoc requests as assigned.Minimum skills and requirementsBachelors degree required1 years of relevant internship or work experience preferredFP&A experience (Forecasting, Planning and Analysis) is requiredGood communication both written & verbalExperience communicating and sharing financials to managementCritical thinking and leadership skillsAbility to proficiently use MS Excel and AccessExperience in Workday GL and TM1 a plusHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
