Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Professional collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes financial information and economic indicators so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions on, for example, acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets. Primary duties include financial modeling, reporting and budgeting for Specialty Pharmacy. Develop and manage forecasting models utilizing Oracle Hyperion. Analyzes the financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions so that senior managers can evaluate alternatives against the organization's business objectives. Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive position. Analyzes revenues, expenses, costs, prices, profits, and market trends. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex-to-complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Responsibilities and duties may change to respond to needs of business.

Required Qualifications


Associate's degree (ideally in finance/accounting or related field)
5 or more years' experience in finance/accounting and/or financial understanding in a project management type role
Understanding of pharmacy operations and the impacts to the financials and/or strong proficiency with Hyperion
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, and multi-dimensional databases
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytic skills with attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Previous healthcare (pharmacy) industry experience
Specialty pharmacy, ex, 340B, Patience Assistance Programs (PAP)
Experience with Oracle solutions, primarily Hyperion
Experience with SAS or other relational databases
