Team Description
The Americas Client Service Team is responsible for assuring the delivery
of services across the Western Hemisphere. This VP level position will be part
of the America’s Client Service Team with a focus on the Asset Manager segment. The
successful candidate will be proactively responsible for governance of the
delivery of our Custody and Fund Services Products. The client demands premier
service levels from JPMorgan, and is at the cutting edge of fund
development. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is based
in New York and Boston. The Americas Client Service Team is part of a broader,
global Client Service Team that supports the client in EMEA and APAC. 

 

Key skills and experiences

Strong client management
skills and experience dealing with internal partners. Experience dealing with
complex, demanding client organizations and an ability to develop strong client
relationships.Proven experience delivering
on commitments to clients.Knowledge of CIB products and enthusiasm
to develop knowledge across Custody and Fund Services Products.An understanding of Regulatory
regime and impact on the Funds industry.Ability to synthesize Industry/Business
Knowledge into useful updates for clients. Strong influencing skills
across levels both internally and in the client organization.  Strategic thinking to deliver business
enhancements to clients.Able to demonstrate executive
management and communication experience/skills. Demonstrate creative problem
solving experience. Ability to adapt and
demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment. Quickly grasp new products and
developing new business requirements Demonstrate ability to work
collaboratively and develop strong partnershipsKnowledge of JPM systems a
plus

Bachelor degree preferably with business related concentration; MBA
preferredAt least 5 years of client facing experienceAt least 5 years of experience in Custody, Fund Services, Investment
Banking, Asset Management,  Accounting,
Fund Administration provider or other financial market organizationsAn understanding of the major financial products and markets: equities, fixed
income, futures, options, swaps, currencies and fund types such as mutual
funds, collective trust funds, exchange traded funds, etc.
