Operations Solutions is one of five key functional areas of IS Solutions, with a responsibility to: 1) Lead and manage various programmatical mass change events into systems 2) Program, develop and audit code to replicate high-volume transactions allowing speed to market delivery  3) Responsible for platform migrations, security compliance and risk mitigation 4) Manage financial responsibilities for consumer services 5) Oversee customer equipment provisioning to ensure accuracy of service delivery for programming and event management 6) Manage parameters and systems for technical operations efficiencies for day-to-day house management, jobs and routing 7) Manage and maintain test environments for post-production validation of customer experience with product, applications and software 8) Intake incident management for multiple IS Solutions teams and Digital partners which includes recovery and natural disaster business needs  As a Lead Analyst within the Operations Solutions team, you will work closely with the business and technology teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems while offering consultative solutions and driving results. You will leverage technology, data, and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes, operations, and customer experiences. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Responsible for implementing high visibility mass change projects and leading project calls. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. The Finance, Passer, Rate Event & Triage team within IS Operations Solutions is a national team that supports implementation of annual rate events, mass change projects and financial support as it relates to customer and billing parameters. You'll be successful if you have the following experience and qualities: * Knowledgeable of Billing Solutions and Information Systems (CSG). * Familiar with automation technologies and principles * General Understanding of Database technologies (Oracle/SQL) * Demonstrates strong analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Partners closely with internal and external business partners to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project deadlines to analyze, design, and implement annual rate events, revenue reallocations, code deletes, financial parameters and mass change projects.
Develop and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
Identify risks and recommend process improvements for mitigation.
Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary.
Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Identifies and assesses probable interactions of related computer systems and predicts impact of a change in assigned system.
May review proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data and preparing project overview which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel etc. Recommends course of action.
Functions as a liaison between the client, community and internal information technology and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems.
Interacts closely with a matrixed cross-functional team, both field and corporate, in order to secure alignment and solution excellence.
Creates clearly defined and mutually agreeable success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor and measure the success of those metrics.
Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations.
Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements.
Leads/owns direction of the project(s) with limited guidance.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $71,132.87 USD-$166,717.67 USD
