Asset Manager

Profile

As the asset manager of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will develop and maintain property management teams for apartment complexes and single-family homes throughout the OKC metro area. You will be responsible for holding property managers and maintenance workers accountable on occupancy and cashflow goals through scorecards. You will oversee management meetings on a monthly or biweekly basis. You will oversee property management turnover and step in to fulfill the management day to day responsibilities, when necessary. While overseeing the general condition of all properties, and making upper-level decisions on improvements, you should also look for ways to improve cashflow and reduce expenses. Assist in developing relationships with vendors such as contractors, painters, plumbers, HVAC, flooring installers, and general handyman hires. Assisting in the documentation of company processes will also be necessary. The ability to stay up to date on the ever-changing rental market is essential, as well as a general oversight on the financial performance of the entire portfolio. Qualifications
Education/Experience Experience in property management and oversight. Detailed knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, fair housing regulations, experience with Section 8 and other rental subsidy programs is a plus.
Computer Skills Must be tech savvy!! Demonstrated proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Calendar, task management software and rental software (AppFolio experience is extremely beneficial).
Social Media - Ability to market on all social media platforms
Problem Solving/Crisis Management Must possess the ability to handle difficult contractors and tenants, work under pressure and accurately prioritize multiple tasks on a daily basis.
Organizational Skills Detailed oriented, great follow up skills, and general organization is a must.
Requirements
Must live in the OKC metro area to visit complexes regularly
Must be able to travel to Norman for leadership meetings
Must furnish your own laptop and smartphone
Must have a flexible schedule to work on call as needed, including weekends
Work Location
Must be able to work remotely and at the various apartment complex offices around the metro
