POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVH’s transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. The BPM Business Process Transformation Team operates as internal consultants across PVH enterprise leading the design and implementation of leading business practices for strategic transformation programs. The team serves as subject matter experts, guiding and supporting business units/regions on integrated strategies/roadmaps, business process design, development of capabilities and systems, performance metrics, transformation enablement & adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Business Process Analyst, Finance is to help enable and drive business strategies through process improvement by focusing on business process analysis for any one or more of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Corporate & Commercial Finance and/or Treasury. The role will contribute to process optimization, support analysis of current and future state processes through modeling using BPM techniques, and help define and optimize how relevant business information flows throughout the enterprise.
This role will support implementation of SAP S/4 or other finance capabilities with focus on tactical execution of business enablement activities including business requirements & training documentation, user acceptance testing, training & business adoption, and continuous improvement.
This position actively partners with business and IT in the implementation of finance business transformation projects with a focus on supporting finance process design & optimization and capability implementation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Contribute as a Finance Subject Matter Expert SME with strong working knowledge of end to end Finance/ Accounting business processes, leading practices, & tools (i.e. SAP S4 Fashion, SAP BusinessObjects, GTN, Hyperion, JDA or other)
Conduct “as is” discovery of current state Finance/ Accounting processes to understand business requirements & improvement opportunities with delivery of new capabilities
Document future state business process maps and requirements leveraging new BPM methods/tools which effectively communicate processes and improvement opportunities.
Perform current vs. future state assessments to assist business units with understanding of “from/to” change impacts
Understand and document process variability across brands/regions/units and recommend corresponding variable approaches to enable core, consistent future state processes.
Support execution of change readiness action plans to ensure successful adoption
Assist preparation and execution of user acceptance testing
Report and update on progress, timelines, and challenges
Collaborate and coordinate between IT, business and other functions to ensure consistent levels of detail in the business process models.
Develop Finance “day in the life” business process training playbooks, how-to guides, and procedure documentation
Deliver Finance “day in the life” training and conduct pre and post go-live evaluations to identify risks and drive training/adoption corrective actions
Monitor Finance process performance & tool adoption with objective of diagnosing issues & identifying improvement actions
Support cross business unit forums to exchange of Finance best practices, transfer knowledge, share adoption successes and learnings, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Assist with management and documentations of enhancement requests across business units related to Finance continuous improvements
Stay apprised of latest process and technology capabilities that can be applied to PVH Finance processes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years operational and/or consulting experience in finance/ operations
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business process management or improvement
Apparel or consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business
2+ years’ experience with leading ERP Systems (S/4 Fashion preferred), performance reporting platforms and business process mapping tools.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, or related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Finance/ Accounting domain
Practical experience designing and documenting business processes and sub-processes
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills, and financial/business acumen with proficiency in & ability to train retail math
Proven ability to educate and train others in new ways of doing business
Solid project management skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
