The Position & Responsibilities;

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling, forecasting and managing all banking activities, daily transactions and working capital needs of the organization; keeping timely records and transactions, in compliance with local and global standards.

• According to the cash flow needs of the company, managing and controlling the daily banking transactions and risk management
• Ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements  
• Assessing borrowing needs and funds available for investment  
• Ensuring timely and intact payments, and collections cycles and relevant controls with full compliance
• Closely monitoring of all rental contracts and agreed changes according to market conditions
• Controlling exchange rate exposure, banking commissions and pos commissions and relevant analysis and reporting  
• Conducting bank statement reconciliations and relevant accounting postings
• Supporting relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Managing HQ expense cycle and corporate credit cards and conducting reconciliations
• Supporting finance related projects and maintaining relevant coordination and reporting  with central counterparts

Ideal Candidate:

• University degree in Business Administration, finance or relevant field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, either in a multinational environment or at a bank
• Comprehensive knowledge of treasury, banking, A/R, A/P processes
• Ability to assess balance sheet and working capital positions
• Knowledge and hands on experience in corporate financial management
• Proven working knowledge of banking industry rules and regulations
• Experienced in SAP
• CPA degree is an asset
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Self-motivated, high energy level and passion for the job
• Ability to prioritize, multi-tasking and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
• Proactive, team player, result-oriented
• Excellent attention to detail capability
• Analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
• No military obligation for male candidates, no obstacle to travel.
