Are you an accountant looking to take a break from month end close? Our publicly traded company has a Senior Cost Analyst job open for a analytically motivated person.
Responsibilities:
Prepare month-end and year-end reporting and develop and implement additional reporting through data analytics.
Perform financial analysis and implement process improvements.
Provide accounting support for the analytical review of operations and reporting.
Communicate accurate cost forecast information to appropriate divisions.
Education/Skills: Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with three to five years of relevant work experience.
MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong PC skills - MS Excel and Access.
