This includes enhancing existing programs and identifying and implementing new ones. This role may be perfect for you if you are proficient in lending principals, risk and reward models, analytics, and have experience leading successful implementations and well-managed indirect programs.u003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eManage, monitor and evaluate existing indirect lending programs and products (solar and student lending) to meet objectives and growth goals. Comprehend program framework, system interconnections and dependencies. Familiar with each programu0026rsquo;s features and controls such as security of collateral (UCC1), channel partner management (e.g. installers), and process times for staff modeling. Ensure each program meets regulatory compliance, and monitor for adherence to controls. Respond and/or escalate complaints appropriately.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDemonstrate industry acumen and expertise on potential indirect products and programs for the Credit Union to make a well-informed decision. Lead product development and implementation on new partnerships, maximize automation and integration of systems, and develop procedures and training guides. Monitor post implementation program meets key performance indicators and objectives.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePartner with key stakeholders enterprise wide that include but not limited to Lending Operations, Loan Servicing, Asset Recovery, Business Analytics, Application Services, Marketing, Fraud,u0026nbsp; Enterprise Risk and Compliance management to maximize performance, implement strategies, and reduce risks. Aid and respond to all audit requests, both internal and external.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eManage and continually develop partnerships with open lines of communication, meet agreed upon deadlines, identify obstacles and present collaborative solutions. Conduit to the Credit Unionu0026rsquo;s monitoring committees and management with ability to communicate and demonstrate opportunities and trends, potential risks, gaps, and concentrations, and recommend pricing strategies.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eIdentify and recommend enhancements to existing programs to improve risk controls, growth opportunities, operations, or expand/deepen partnerships.
