CCB - U.S. Wealth Management – MIS Lead - Executive Director','200026392','!*!The Planning & Analysis (P&A) Group is responsible for partnering within the business and across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, central oversight and coordination of firmwide budgeting and forecasting, and strategic program management and execution. Additionally, the P&A Group helps drive and improve automation, simplification of processes and the enhancement of analytics. These roles primarily support the strategic analysis of our financial planning framework, in addition to partnering closely with LOB business teams and functions for core financial reporting, process improvement, ad-hoc analysis and due diligence. The Management Information Systems Lead is a senior level role responsible for leading the development of financial and analytical reporting systems. This position will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for all new financial systems development and coordinate the delivery of projects across the data warehousing infrastructure. The candidate must have strong project management skills and finance experience. The role will support all strategic reporting initiatives impacting U.S. Wealth Management (WM). Projects will include MIS infrastructure build out, segment reporting, reporting initiatives, financial hierarchies, and business integrations. The candidate must possess excellent relationship management skills and have the ability to work across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the build out and ongoing maintenance of the WM Finance MIS infrastructureProvide leadership and guidance on the development of the financial data warehouse for WMWork collaboratively with senior management and IT staff to develop reporting and business intelligence strategy for WMManage and run the MIS infrastructure on a daily and monthly basis to support financial reportingDevelop process improvement strategies aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the financial reporting and analytics environmentLead a diverse team consisting of financial, technical, and management staffRole requires close partnership with senior level IT, risk, and finance staff','!*!
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting, IT or financial systems discipline, MBA is a plus10 years of Finance, Systems, IT
and/or Business Management experienceDemonstrated leadership abilities
with track record of driving results through cross-functional organizationProven experience managing a group
of employees with IT, finance, and project management backgroundsAbility to manage multiple
projects with tight timelinesHighly motivated, self-directedStrong analytical and problem
solving skillsStrong written and verbal
communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft
applications including strong Excel and VBA skills
