Financial Analyst Real Estate

Profile

Seattle real estate investment firm seeks a Financial Analyst. This position will be responsible for providing analytical and finance analysis support for real estate transactions, loan packages, and the acquisition of properties. This role will be responsible for various performance reporting and investment analysis, and not limited to written interpretation and explanation of trends and results. The Financial Analyst will partner closely with the Asset Management Team, VP of Portfolio Management, Finance, and Funding Team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
Minimum 1 year of financial analysis or investment analysis experience
Experience in real estate, investment, or corporate finance preferred.
CPA and/or Masters degree a plus
Advanced user of Excel
Prior experience building financial models
Excellent written and communication skills required
