Position Summary
The Sales Commissions Manager handles all commission plans including their design, preparation, and the administration of all incentive compensation plans for the Retail Lending Sales teams. This position manages a team and is responsible for the performance management on the team.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure commissions are paid timely and accurately.
Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers.
Streamline and automate the calculation and tracking of all Retail compensation through the commissions software.
Evaluate existing sales commission plans and other incentive compensation structures and recommend and design changes which enhance and drive business goals.
Consult with all levels of management on appropriate compensation changes when restructuring departments and individual jobs.
Lead the biweekly commissions' calculations and monthly incentive calculations cycle.
Other duties as required.
Responsible for meeting RoundPoint’s commitment to compliance.
Qualifications
Required:
2 years of experience managing subordinates.
5 years of experience working with HR processes and policies for a multi-state employer, ideally with a large hourly population.
5 years of Compensation design and administration experience to include job evaluation, market survey submission and analysis, and variable pay design and administration.
Knowledge of labor and employment legislation.
High proficiency with Commission software, HRIS software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
Experience in the administration of Sales commissions plans in the mortgage industry or financial services is a plus.
Undergraduate degree/or graduate in Finance is a preferred.
